His films have won numerous awards and nominations from festivals that include, Cannes, LA-fest, Lift Off Film Festival, Mediterranean Film Festival, Drunken Film Festival, and Amsterdam Lift-off Film Festival. Prior to earning a Master's degree in filmmaking and starting his career as an art director and filmmaker, Aditya Mohite was a professionally qualified architect who used his Bachelor's degree in engineering and architecture to conceptualize and construct large-scale projects that combined the best aspects of innovative design and practical-functionality. His work resulted in numerous award-winning projects in industrial, professional and residential design. Aditya specializes in designing and constructing highly innovative "Modular-Multipurpose" sets that allow film productions to minimize expenses, maximize resources, lower their carbon-footprint and still deliver a highly aesthetic and superior cinematic experience.
