Bill Tytla

One of the original Disney animators and is considered by many to be the best character animator to work during The Golden Age of Hollywood animation. Tytla is particularly noted for the animation of Grumpy in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Stromboli in Pinocchio, Chernabog in the Night on Bald Mountain sequence from Fantasia and the title character in Dumbo. -Wikipedia entry
