Nick is haunted by night terrors stemming from a tragic murder he saw when he was young. After inheriting an old toy shop, he discovers a cursed elf doll sealed inside an ancient chest with a naughty list of his family's names written on it. He soon discovers that the elf was an evil conduit meant to unleash a supernatural killing spree during the Christmas Holidays by whomever set it free.

Fairly terrible. Nice idea but poorly executed. Story is very dragged out. Soundtrack obscures lots of the dialogue. Mostly terrible acting - like no one really cares that they're supposed to be terrified by a murderous elf doll. Also, the elf on the DVD cover is not the one in the film - false advertising! Story wasn't explained very well either.
Redeeming factors? The elf animation was ok. Trailer was good.
