Well, there was one review that used the word "aimless" and that really hits the mark for this film.
The previous two Pee-wee films had more coherent plots, they had more of a story, and in all, they had a better McGuffin.
But, it was made to walk that line of debate with your significant other, is Pee-wee a man-child, or is he the creepy eccentric pervert that lives down the block? Either way, that is about the most you can get from the film.
Honestly it is, just about everything else is a disjointed mess.
But, there is nostalgia and it is a little surreal, so at least its a disjointed mess that you can actually finish.
