It's all pretty par for the course at this stage. If you've seen one Mega Shark, you've essentially seen them all. But like its predecessor, Mecha Shark, this entry at least has a little more effort on the part of script, acting and CGI. Those things all still suck, but they are an improvement on the origin.
Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing. Avoid where possible.
