An over-complicated yarn about a gathering at an eerie, reputedly haunted, castle where murder ensues. It's a contrived sort of nazi-hunting ghost story with a seriously wooden script coupled with some equally wooden performances. There is something almost "Scooby Do" about the whole thing. It ought to be watched, though, as we should recall it was made on a tiny budget very shortly after the end of WWII when Britain was short of just about everything.
