Temporary Spirits 2011

In this dark romantic comedy directed by James Sharpe, "Temporary Spirits" follows the story of two very different brothers, John and James, who share the same house but can barely tolerate each other. Living like ships passing in the late afternoon, their mundane and strained relationship takes an unexpected turn when an other-worldly adventure begins. Every night, they find themselves in a shared dream, a spiritual realm where they meet two mysterious girls who claim to be dead. Initially dismissing these encounters as mere dreams, the brothers slowly piece together the reality of their "Temporary Spirits" status. As their bond strengthens in the dream world, they begin to communicate more in the waking world, discovering a newfound brotherly connection.
