Silo Danube, Vukovar 1993

In Vukovar, during the Croatin War of Independence, after the devastation of the town and the bombings, hundreds of tons of wheat have leaked out of a destroyed grain elevator. Thousands of ravens descend upon the wheat. In 1992, Zilnik resigned from Novi Sad TV and became one of the first directors in the world to switch to video. Silo Danube, Vukovar became last film the director shot on 35mm.
